Your rights where GDPR applies
Depending on the processing and applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn without changing the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal. You can complain to the relevant supervisory authority. These rights are not conditional on accepting optional cookies.
Controls already available
- Correct your candidate information in My profile.
- Withdraw a job application in Applications.
- Approve, decline or revoke an agency in Introductions.
- Hide the talent profile, export current candidate data or delete the candidate profile in Privacy & data.
- Revisit at any time.
Making a request
Use the configured privacy contact below. Describe the information or processing concerned and the action you want. We may need proportionate identity verification; do not send identity documents unless specifically necessary through an agreed secure route. Requests covering organization or account records need a separate review from candidate-profile deletion.
Where GDPR applies, the normal response period is one month; any lawful extension and its reason must be communicated. The operator’s jurisdiction and contact details still need completion before public launch.
What withdrawal changes
Hiding your profile blocks further talent discovery and agency contact/CV access. It does not withdraw applications you separately submitted. Revoking access cannot recall an already downloaded PDF; request further handling or deletion from the receiving organization. The current tools do not claim to delete your external ChatGPT account.
