Operator registration, business address and country of establishment are not yet published. These documents describe the current private pilot and require the operator’s final details and legal review before public launch or paid orders.
1. The service today
Boatly Club brings together boat discovery, marine services, editorial stories and marine recruitment. The current marketplace contains clearly marked examples. A saved draft is not a published listing, booking, enquiry delivery or completed purchase. Live vacancies are distinguished from sample vacancies.
2. Accounts and organizations
Use accurate information and act only for organizations you are authorized to represent. Sites provides staff sign-in, and public accounts can also use Google when configured; organization membership and recruiting permissions are checked separately. Agencies and direct employers must identify the actual publisher, even when an agency’s hiring client is confidential.
3. Listings and conduct
Publish only content you have permission to use. Do not post misleading offers, unlawful content, malware, duplicate spam, irrelevant messages or other people’s personal details without a valid basis. Do not scrape candidate information or bypass access limits. Submitted organizations and vacancies can be reviewed, rejected, removed or restricted when they breach these rules.
4. Recruitment and candidate choice
An application shares information with its named publisher for that role. Talent-pool participation is separate and voluntary. Search access does not grant ownership of candidate data; an agency needs the candidate’s approval before accessing their contacts and current CV. Use received data only for the recruitment purpose explained to that person, and honor applicable privacy obligations.
5. Prices and paid services
No checkout or automatic billing is active in this pilot. Featured and Sponsored examples demonstrate placement design. Before any paid service opens, the seller, plan, price, currency, taxes, duration, delivery and cancellation/refund conditions must be shown and explicitly accepted at checkout. No candidate introduction, sale or employment outcome is guaranteed.
6. Sellers and third-party services
Inspect a boat and verify its condition, ownership, specifications and seller before committing. Finance calculations are illustrative; no lender or lease offer is connected. External social networks, service providers and future payment or finance partners operate under their own terms. Following a share link opens that service only when you choose it.
7. Rights, complaints and changes
Applicable mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected. Use the operator contact below for questions, content reports or complaints; do not place sensitive documents in a public post. Final governing-law, business-identity and dispute information must be completed for the operator’s actual jurisdiction. Material changes will be published with an updated version; cookie or talent consent cannot be inferred from continued browsing.
