Paid services & public offer

No paid offer is open yet

This is a preparation page, not an active public offer that can be accepted by payment. This pilot has no checkout, published subscription price or automatic billing. Manually approved agency access does not take payment. No platform service is purchased by selecting Accept all in the cookie notice.

Planned subject of the contract

A future Boatly services contract may cover listing publication, Featured or Sponsored placement, organization packages and time-limited recruitment access. It will describe the digital service Boatly supplies, its duration and its limits. Each order must identify the seller and the exact service purchased.

Required before orders open

• Seller identity, registration, address, tax and contact details.
• Service description, placement duration and access limits.
• Price, currency, taxes, payment method and activation point.
• Moderation, refusal, suspension and non-delivery handling.
• Cancellation, refund, renewal and complaint conditions appropriate to the actual jurisdiction and customer type.
• The version of the order terms and an explicit acceptance step.

Recruitment access keeps candidate choice

Agency access will not override a candidate’s privacy controls. Search access and an introduction allowance do not guarantee a candidate will accept, provide an interview or take a job. The current pilot uses an introduction only after the person accepts that agency’s request.

How this page becomes an offer

The operator must supply its jurisdiction, legal details, tariffs and purchase rules before final contract wording is published and checkout is enabled. Until then, no payment or binding paid order can be made here. General platform conditions and Privacy Policy describe the current pilot.
